ESPN can create an interactive sports guide incorporating mental health discussion and benefits associated with involvement in sports.

The research: The benefits to one’s mental health by participating in watching sports can be seen in several ways. Including but not limited to: an increase of dopamine and adrenaline, higher levels of self-esteem, increased socialization abilities, inspiration to be more active, and ability to be a part of a community.
